Apple filling for deserts...

This is a trick that I like to do when baking apple crisp, apple pie, french apple pie or anything else that needs to have this apple filling. I peel the apples and cut them and then I add the sugar and spices and stir it all together in a big bowl and I let it sit for a couple of hours and keep going back and stirring until it is nice and runny with lots of juices.....then I add it to whatever recipe I am making and it is so yummy and full of flavor.....Pies, and apple crisp is what I use this for most. Enjoy!!!
